Include your website, the integration you are working on, and a short description of the issue. If a request failed, include the request ID and whether it happened in test or live mode. This helps the team locate the relevant software records without asking you to send credentials.

Questions about an order
For delivery, product, cancellation, or refund questions, contact the merchant you paid. Payclave provides checkout software and payment verification records; the merchant manages the sale and fulfillment. Include the merchant name and invoice or order reference in your message to that merchant. If the checkout itself appears to have failed, you can also send the Payclave support contact the checkout URL and a description of what you saw.
